Skye handles all vacate procedures and communication between our owners and tenants.

She ensures the efficient and accurate processing of the vacate procedure including providing thorough communication with both the owners and tenants at all times.

Skye has extensive experience in trade/maintenance management both with internal and external contractors, with her skills ranging from accounts management to operations. All these skills make her the ideal person for this role to ensure everything is handled as efficiently as possible.
