Katrina oversees all compliancy matters for our properties. She liaises with the owners, tenants and contractors to ensure all parties are fully informed on changes to compliancy legislation. Katrina manages smoke alarm compliancy, trades and landlords insurance registers and the processing of water accounts. Her knowledge on legislative requirements for real estate is second to none and she works hard to ensure all of our managed properties are safe and up to code.
