As our BDM, Nicole handles the on boarding of all new managements and ensures all properties currently on our Agency’s rent roll are well-managed. Nicole takes pride in making sure all owners feel completely comfortable and satisfied with our services and that all procedures are followed correctly from beginning to end, providing peace of mind to all parties.
Nicole also oversees the Property Management team to ensure business runs smoothly both inside and outside the office.
