Karen is the Director of our National award-winning Property Management Department. She is a licensed Real Estate Agent and Queensland qualified Justice of the Peace with over 27 years of Property Management experience. Karen pioneers the direction of our team with her ability to listen, adapt and rapidly produce effective solutions.

Karen’s predominant focus is to oversee the Property Management team and to empower and educate them and the wider office staff members whilst also ensuring the ethics and values of the family business are upheld and demonstrated within each individual’s role.

A skilled and experienced trainer, her leadership and presentation skills extend beyond the region. Invited by her peers to provide state-wide professional development conferences, Karen enjoys supporting her immediate team members, as well as her associates within the wider real estate industry.

With over 20 years commitment to Richardson&Wrench Caboolture, Karen strongly believes in the concept of 'team' and is proud to be part of an organisation that enjoys a long standing, successful history within the local community and greater Moreton Bay Region.
