A message to our valued clients

As you are aware, we are in uncharted and unprecedented times due to the Coronavirus pandemic.

First, we want to reassure you that we have a thorough business continuity plan.

We request that all clients evaluate their own health and that of people they are in close contact with and refrain from coming into our office if they begin to feel unwell, even with mild symptoms such as a headache and slight runny nose.

However, you must not visit the office if any of the following apply:

1. You have been or transited through the following countries within the past 14 days: Mainland China; Iran; Republic of Korea; Italy; or
2. You have been in close contact with a person who has been diagnosed with COVID 19 or is displaying the symptoms of COVID-19.
3. You have travelled to another area and are showing symptoms of COVID-19.

Please note that our team, have also been requested not to attend work if any of the above apply.

In the interests of workplace health and safety, we are postponing any scheduled routine inspections on property.
This notice is a variation of any existing terms of the management agreement and any other instructions currently held on file with you.

Additionally, we will not be taking any rent payments in the office until further notice. Our alternative payment options include: 

Centrepay You can contact CentreLink to have your rental payments direct debited to us. Our Centrepay reference number is - 555 091 576 T. Your account number will be your address. 

Over The Phone We can accept your rent payment over the phone by taking your card details to process the payment. During this period we will be waiving all credit card payment fees. 

R&W First Card This is a third party service that allows you to easily pay your rent through direct debit, bpay etc. You can sign up to this service online or by calling 1300 307 100.

We hope you understand our position during this time in the interests of health and safety for all. We are taking this conservative view during a time whereby there is so much uncertainty and unknown.
