If you want to make your regular getaway truly amazing, then start browsing these stunning holiday destinations.

1. Palm Cove, QLD

Located approximately 25 to 30 minutes north of Cairns, Palm Cove is an idyllic long sandy beach perfect for carefree, barefoot strolls. Highlights of this destination include: warm weather, seclusion from tourists, high-end houses and accommodation, day spas and everything within walking distance. You are even within easy access to the Captain Cook Highway, Daintree Rainforest, and the spectacular Great Barrier Reef.

2. Hunter Valley, NSW

Just a two hour drive north of Sydney, the vales of the Hunter Valley are the ideal setting for a getaway. With scenic countryside, world class wineries, cellar door restaurants and luxury accommodation, there’s more than enough here to occupy you for a long weekend. 3. Southern Highlands, NSW

This rural region has an abundance of natural offerings. If you’re feeling active you can head out on the various scenic walking tracks via gorges and rainforests of Morton National Park. The highlight of these is the Cave Creek Walking Track which finishes at a beautiful waterfall. 4. Sunshine Coast Hinterland, QLD

The Sunshine Coast Hinterland is easily accessed from Brisbane and is a great destination for a holiday home. With beautiful rainforests and waterfalls, the Hinterland offers welcome relief from the summer heat with its cool, clean mountain air and stunning scenery.

5. Daylesford, VIC

If relaxation and pampering is your thing, then consider looking for a property near Victoria’s Daylesford, and sister town Hepburn Springs. 6. Adelaide Hills, SA

Gourmets who love to treat their taste buds should head for the hills. The Adelaide Hills that is, just 20 minutes from Adelaide CBD. 7. Margaret River, WA

One of Western Australia’s most popular destinations is Margaret River offering a stunning landscape of rolling green hills, expansive ocean and scenic rainforest. Margaret River is also popular for its award-winning wineries, gourmet food, national parks and sunny weather. 

8. Freycinet/Coles Bay, TAS
